A Room Condition Report is required to be completed as part of your check in and check out procedure.

Your room may have small marks or 'damage' which may not require repair or replacement but need to be identified.

The completed Room Condition Report will be used during room inspections if changing rooms or vacating the Halls. Any marks or 'damage' not listed on the Room Condition Report above normal wear and tear will be charged to the resident.

Please take the time and effort to complete the Room Condition Report below thoroughly. It may protect you in the future and will identify maintenance issues that may require repair or replacement.
