Breakfast

Breakfast includes a selection of cereals and breads, which include high fibre options such as Weet-Bix, Sultana Bran, wholemeal bread and high fibre white bread. A variety of milks and beverages are provided. Sufficient variety is on offer, with at least 3 hot breakfast items available that varies daily, as well as yoghurts and juices. Weekends are Danishes, Croissants and Toasted Sandwiches. This can be alternated with more ‘eat most’ options.

Lunch

There is a wide selection of foods on offer. This includes soup, 2 mains, one always being a vegetarian option, a salad bar, and a sandwich bar with assorted breads and spreads. Sufficient variety is on offer for all diet types, and the selection promotes a healthy, balanced diet. Weekends offer a burger/quiche options and 1 vegetarian option as well as the salad and sandwich bar.

Dinner

A soup, three main meal dishes, 3 vegetables and a salad bar is available (no dressings/sauces on vegetables/salad). In addition a dessert is served. There is a healthy, ‘eat most’ dessert option provided at least once per week.
