Fees in italics are halved or not incurred at all for one semester only, other fees are payable in full.
 
  • Activities Fee – Covers social, cultural and sporting activities run by the Halls of Residence and UQ Sport Gym membership.
  • Registration Fee – a one off fee to cover admission to the Halls of Residence and alumni databases.
  • PO Box rental – all University of Queensland – Gatton Campus students are required to have a Post Office Box for delivery of mail.
  • Building Development Fee – to be utilised to fund ongoing capital development of the Halls of Residence in the year the fee is collected.
  • O-Week fee – covers accommodation during orientation week (O-Week) and functions organised by the O-Week committee.
 
The Non-Refundable Administration fees are payable (once an offer is made) to secure a place at the Halls of Residence.
